I'm Kraig Jaramillo, born and raised in the small town of Las Vegas, New Mexico. After earning my culinary degree, I launched a food truck—and today, I run a full-time BBQ catering business.
How it started:
One night, while kicking back with a drink, I had an idea, what if BBQ sauce had a bold, culinary twist? I hit the kitchen and started experimenting. The result? Kraiger’s Smokin’ Sauces. Infused with unique flavors, bold spices, and even coffee, they quickly became a hit. This isn’t your average BBQ, this is next-level flavor.
